Effective date: March 22, 2026
Postgame (“we”, “us”) operates the Postgame web application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
What we collect
- Google account info: your name, email, and profile photo (provided during Google sign-in).
- Google Meet transcripts: we read transcript files from your Google Drive using the
drive.meet.readonly scope. We only access Google Meet transcript documents — no other files. - OAuth tokens: we store access and refresh tokens to read your transcripts on your behalf. These are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser.
How we use your data
- Transcript text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your coaching digest. We do not store raw transcript text after processing.
- Your digest (the AI-generated analysis) is stored so you can view it later.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models.
Data retention
Your digests are stored as long as your account exists. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, all your data — including digests and stored tokens — is permanently deleted.
Third-party services
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
- Anthropic (Claude API): AI analysis of your transcripts.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Google: OAuth sign-in and Drive API access.
Your rights
You can:
- Export all your data as JSON from Settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Revoke Google access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Postgame’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
